Gaurav Chhabra, in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement group, has over 20 years of experience in leading enterprise-wide performance improvement engagements, especially in procurement. His delivery skills have been instrumental to relationships that the firm has built in retail and services.
Giacomo Cantu, in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement group, has over 20 years of experience in analytical-driven problem solving, delivering high-impact cost reduction for clients across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Richard Wallace, in AlixPartners’ Information Management & Services group, has over 20 years of consulting experience, specializing in IT & Applied Analytics. Rich’s expertise is in advising clients regarding overall strategic direction enabled by technology, with a focus on how to structure and position their companies for greater profit and improved operating efficiencies.
David Wireman, in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement group, has been an integral part of our global aerospace & defense (A&D) team. Dave also has demonstrated expertise in manufacturing and operations in adjacent industries, such as oil & gas and technology, and in leading clients through complex acquisitions.
John Bonno, in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement group, is a supply chain expert who is well-recognized for his experience in executing complex assignments. He complements his supply chain skills with expert knowledge of the grocery industry and expertise in the gaming industry.
Tom Clarke, in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement group, is a top client service leader on the retail team and has proven his ability to manage large-scale retail operations projects. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Tom worked in industry as an executive at Victoria’s Secret and Sears Holdings.
Deborah Rieger-Paganis, in AlixPartners’ Turnaround & Restructuring Services group, has extensive experience in retail, financial, accounting, and operating roles, including significant “C” suite leadership experience.
Thomas Studebaker, in AlixPartners’ Turnaround & Restructuring Services group, has developed significant experience in the energy industry and is known for his versatility in many areas, including interim management and advisory roles in liquidity management, business planning, and chapter 11 strategy and execution.
Jonathan Greenway, in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement group, has deep consumer products experience, developed as both a line manager and a consultant. Jonathan leads broad turnaround programs focused on both revenue and cost improvement.
Andrew Bergbaum, in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement group, has significant background in the UK automotive industry. He came to AlixPartners in April 2011 from another consulting role and previously had more than eight years of experience with Honda Motor Company in Japan and the UK.
Michele Mauri, in AlixPartners’ Enterprise Improvement group, has 20 years of professional experience with a primary focus on leading large cost reduction programs in aerospace, automotive and other industrial sectors.
Michael Wabnitz, in AlixPartners’ Financial Advisory & Services group, advises corporations, boards and financial investors in the areas of M&A transactions, valuations, and litigation matters and also provides CFO advisory services.
Renaud Montupet, in AlixPartners’ Turnaround & Restructuring Services group, has extensive experience in achieving tangible results in complex situations. His experience in multinational corporations and midcaps includes leading a number of critical restructurings as well as initiatives in profitability improvement.
