He has almost 15 years of M&A experience, including leading both buy sides and sell sides, public and private transactions, minority investments, and strategic reviews. Azeem gained his expertise by advising corporate and private-equity clients in the broader consumer sector, including the areas of food, leisure, retail, and other fast-moving-consumer-goods verticals—principally in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Azeem has a Master of Science in finance and economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
