SUMMARY
Glen guides companies and their stakeholders through periods of major change, including through corporate transformation programs, debt restructurings, and capital-raising activities. He has advised on a number of high-profile transformation processes, including while serving as an interim executive and board member when required. Glen has deep experience in driving improvement initiatives in private-equity(PE)-owned companies in particular, including in relation to cash generation and working-capital initiatives, business planning, and reporting and governance across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East. Glen is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a long-standing member of the Institute for Turnaround.
