Lian Hoon has more than 25 years of experience in planning and executing improvements in operations costs, in both expansionary and turnaround situations, across Asia. He has served as a line manager and a consultant in the retail and consumer goods and industrial products sectors. He works with companies that want to rapidly achieve major improvements in cost of goods sold (COGS) through changes in operations costs, and he leads cost improvement efforts in the international supply chain through offshoring manufacturing, as well as by procuring components, finished goods, and transportation more effectively. Lian Hoon has a BSC (Eng) and PhD from Imperial College London.
