Meet Yannis Rodocanachi

Yannis Rodocanachi began his career in music and advertising which piqued his desire to work in an ecosystem that fostered creativity and positive action in the world. This led to Mr. Rodocanachi’s move to working in the beauty industry, starting at L’Oréal where he stayed in various executive roles for over 18 years.
During his time at L’Oréal, Mr. Rodocanachi managed global leading Brands including Fructis and Whole blends. He also led businesses in Europe, Asia, and the US for strategic global companies such as NYX Professional Makeup.
Mr. Rodocanachi has lived on three continents and has traveled the world extensively with his family for both personal and professional reasons, which has profoundly shaped his perspective.
Living an international life and staying faithful to his values of sustainability and social responsibility are what he considers his two biggest accomplishments. At the newly formed BH Cosmetics platform, Mr. Rodocanachi is serving as CEO where his mission will be affecting positive change by enhancing, incubating, and acquiring Gen Z founded brands.

Meet Dawn Zier

Dawn Zier is an independent board director and accomplished CEO best known for engineering a remarkable turnaround of the iconic brand, Nutrisystem. During her six years as CEO, she created a multi-brand strategy focused on digital transformation and innovation that doubled revenues and resulted in a seven-fold surge in operating income. In 2017 and 2018, Nutrisystem was named a Fortune Top 100 Fastest Growing Company and was subsequently acquired in 2019.
Ms. Zier currently serves on the Board of Directors for Spirit Airlines, The Hain Celestial Group, Purple, and Prestige Consumer Healthcare. Her accomplishments have been chronicled in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Philadelphia Inquirer. She holds an MBA and MS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Ms. Lundgren is also a member of the President's Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations, having been appointed by President Obama in 2016 and re-appointed by President Trump.
